Employees: 30 (total)

Volume: $2.5K-$3.0K per day per site

Transactions: 90-120 transactions/hour during rush

MONITOR

Data from existing restaurant systems (POS, etc.) is constantly monitored.

CALCULATE

Data is analyzed through our Business Rules configured to a franchisee’s specific goals and operating procedures.

PERFORMANCE

Employee see their performance after each shift, how they did on each metric being tracked, how many points they received based on these metrics, plus any badges they’ve earned.

REWARDS

Employee incentives are provided via a rewards program where employees progress through status levels and earn points that are redeemed for tangible benefits.
